Saturday 11/05/2019

 

From 15:30 CET: Opening of ”Villaggio Spartaco”

  • Race-bib distribution for both races (49 & 23 km);
  • Registrations for Mini Trail.

 

At 16:30 CET: Starting Mini Trail (Divided into 2 groups)

  • I° Group is aimed at children aged 9 to 12 (1,7 km);
  • II° Group is aimed at children aged 6 to 8 (1,20 km).

Afterwards there will be the awarding of the medals and Buffet.

 

From 19:30 CET: In the conference room “Gaetano Montanino” will take place:

  • Welcome to the athletes from the administrations and the President of the Park Authority;
  • Meeting with Marco Olmo;
  • Introduction of the most popular athletes;
  • Pre-race Briefing.

 

From 21:00 CET will take place:

  • Buffet;
  • Live and Folk Music;
  • Opening of eno-gastronomic stands with local products. (*Open to everyone).

Ps: On the occasion of patronal feast from 23:00 CET will be possible to see spectacular fireworks.

 

 

Sunday 12/05/2019

 

From 6:30 CET until a half an hour before the races start:

  • Race-bib distribution for both races (49 & 23 km).

 

At 8:00 CET:

  • Meeting place for VUM 49 km athletes for punching and the check of obligatory equipment.

 

At 8:30 CET:

  • Starting VUM 49 km race.

 

At 8:30 CET:

  • Meeting place for TDV 23 Km for punching and the check of obligatory equipment.

 

At 9:00 CET:

  • Starting TDV 23 km race.

 

From 12:30 CET:

  • Starting Pasta Party.

 

From 15:00 CET:

  • Medal ceremony.

 

From 19:00 CET:

  • Live and Folk Music;
  • Opening of eno-gastronomic stands with local products.

 

 

 

Obligatory equipment

 

VUM 49 Km

  • Racer’s backpack (Ex. Camel Back Bag) Or One bottle holder (minimum storage capacity 1 liter);
  • Eco tazza (Eco-cup);
  • Food reserve;
  • Elastic Bandage;
  • Survival blankets;
  • Mobile phone fully charged.

 

TDV 23 Km

  • Racer’s backpack (Ex. Camel Back Bag) Or One bottle holder (minimum storage capacity 1/2 liter);
  • Eco tazza (Eco-cup);
  • Mobile phone fully charged.

 

 

Recommended material

 

  • Running gaiters. (Useful for sandy stretches);
  • Poles;
  • Waterproof rain jacket (Useful during bad weather conditions).
